Refunds and Warranty policy
- Returns of Stock Merchandise:
- Returns are allowed only for blank, non-decorated products.
- Return Authorization must be obtained from Innovative Marketing Consultants (IMC) within 30 days of purchase.
- Once issued, the Return Authorization expires after 30 days and cannot be reissued.
- A 15% restocking fee is applied to returned items in “like new” condition, and any unpaid freight charges will also be deducted from the credit.
- The customer is responsible for prepaying the shipping costs to return the item.
- Transportation Damage Claims:
- If a shipment arrives damaged, the customer must not accept it. IMC must be notified immediately, and a replacement will be arranged at no cost.
- The company does not take responsibility for damages occurring during transit, as the title passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the carrier.
- Any visible damage (such as crushed or punctured packages) must be noted on the Bill of Lading or Delivery Receipt.
- Concealed Damage:
- Customers are responsible for filing claims with the carrier if damage is discovered after accepting the shipment.
- Concealed damage claims must be filed within 15 days of receipt, and no exceptions are allowed.
- Missing or Damaged Items:
- Issues must be noted on the delivery receipt, and IMC will file the freight claim and arrange for replacement at no charge to the customer if required.
- The customer must cooperate with the carrier’s requests for inspection
